Our team handled every detail — the patching, the painting, the doors — so the room came out clean and beautiful. Water line repair — before & after
This 1-inch water line was worn out, with a rusty old valve that was hard to turn. We replaced it with clean copper pipe and a brand-new shut-off valve, so the water can be shut off quickly and easily whenever it's needed — safer and more convenient for the homeowner. Watch the video to see the old line give way to the new copper.

Kitchen remodel — before & after
This galley kitchen was a full work in progress — walls covered in protective plastic, fixtures out, and lighting opened up. We took it from construction zone to move-in ready: new light-wood cabinets, clean white countertops, a fresh tile backsplash, and bright recessed lighting throughout. Watch the video to see the covered-up kitchen give way to the finished space.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a toilet spring a leak all over a travertine tiled floor, and we were worried about the possible damage. Santiago gave us a quick and fair estimate, and followed up quickly with some scheduling days and times. On the day of the repair, he communicated his exact time of arrival, arrived on the dot, and expertly went right to work. Within less than an hour, he had repaired everything, added nice new caulking around the toilet base, and cleaned the area to its original condition. We will definitely be hiring Santiago again for more projects!

I found this handyman on Yelp after seeing so many positive reviews, and I'm so glad I reached out! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. He responded to my message within an hour and was able to schedule a time to come out and provide a free in-home estimate. He came the very next day to take a look at the work we needed done and was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. The following day, he provided us with a detailed quote along with an estimated timeline for completion, which we really appreciated. We decided to move forward with his services, and the work started just two days later. The crew arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently. Most importantly, the finished work turned out great! We're very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable handyman, and we'll absolutely keep him in mind for future projects!

We needed some maintenance and repairs to our condo and we reached out to Santiago. He met us promptly at our scheduled time. At first we had specific items we needed repaired and replaced which Santiago said were all within his wheelhouse, but over time we added or revised our list. Santiago and his team were always very flexible and accommodating which we greatly appreciated. As of this point all the work Santiago & team has completed is excellent. They continue to work on various projects and we expect the same performance that has been up to this point. Pricing is also very reasonable,
